Mary Lange

Mary Catherine Lange, 77, of Cape Girardeau passed away Sunday, May 19, 2013, at Southeast Hospital.

She was born Nov. 19, 1935, in Malden, Mo., daughter of R.B. Hayes and Catherine Jane Crissenberry Langley.

Mary was a member of First Christian Church in Cape Girardeau. She had an avid love for flowers and creating floral arrangements. She also enjoyed oil painting. She taught music lessons and sung in numerous choirs.

Loving survivors include a daughter, Lisa (Jeana Terry) Lange of Cape Girardeau; a son, Mark (Michele) Lange of Dallas; and a grandson, Jonathan Lange of Dallas.

She was preceded in death by a half sister and a half brother.

A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at McCombs Funeral Home in Cape Girardeau. Pat Patterson will officiate. Private inurnment will be at a later date.

Memorials may take the form of contributions to Lutheran Family Services.
