BERNIE, Mo. -- Mary Ellen Martin, 54, of Bernie died Thursday, Aug. 9, 2001, at the Three Rivers Healthcare North Campus in Poplar Bluff, Mo.
She was born Nov. 27, 1946, at St. Louis, daughter of Napoleon and Pearl Ollmay Mulligan Elldridge.
She was a custodian at the Associated Electric Cooperative at Marston, Mo., and attend the Alliance Church in Bernie.
Survivors include her mother of Paragould, Ark.; a daughter, Tracy Bayless of Locust Grove, Okla.; two sons, Greg Martin of New Madrid, Mo., and John Martin of Jackson, Mo.; a special friend, Ronald Palmer of Bernie; two half brothers, Steven Williams of Oceanside, Calif., and Charles Williams of Paragould; two half sisters, Karen Williams of Memphis, Tenn., and Brenda Williams of Big Springs, Ark.; and seven grandchildren.
Friends may call from 5:30-8 p.m. today at Rainey Funeral Home in Bernie.
Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the chapel, with the Rev. Joe Masters officiating. Burial will be in Bernie Cemetery.
