Maybel L. Reynolds, 86, of Eugene, Ore., and formerly of Jackson, died Tuesday, Dec. 13, 2005, in Eugene, Ore.
She was born Oct. 31, 1919, in Ste. Genevieve County, daughter of Claude and Bessie Mitchell. She was twice widowed, having married Raymond Shrum and Clyde Reynolds.
Reynolds lived in Missouri most of her life. She attended floral design school in St. Louis. She was a member of the Methodist Church and the Methodist Ladies Circle.
Survivors include a son, Charles LaHay of Sedgewickville, Mo.; a daughter, Gloria Goskie of Eugene; three brothers, Happy Mitchell of Des Moines, Iowa, Claude Mitchell Jr. of Indianapolis, Ind., Clark Mitchell of Farmington, Mo.; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
A funeral was held Saturday in Farmington, Mo. She was buried in Three Rivers Cemetery in Ste. Genevieve, Mo.
