Melva M. Huttegger Weber, 75, of St. Louis was asleep in Jesus, Friday, April 5, 2013, at her home with her family.
She was born May 10, 1937, in Altenburg, Mo.
Beloved mother of Brian Weber (Beverly) and Karin Weber (Alex Stirrat); cherished Grammy of Kalina Weber; daughter of the late Alvin and Mabel Perr Huttegger; sister of the late Eugene Huttegger; and dear sister-in-law, auntie, niece, cousin and friend.
Melva graduated from Cape Girardeau Central High School and Lutheran School of Nursing in St. Louis in 1958. She spent her career as a registered nurse (RN/CCRN), was an avid traveler, adventurer and lover of life and people. A friend to everyone she met and devoted to her family. She lived life to the fullest and was loved by many.
Melva requested a private burial ceremony with a memorial and celebration party at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to an education fund in care of the Weber family through Baumann Colonial Chapel, 2504 Woodson Road Overland, MO 63114.
