NORA DANIEL

BELL CITY -- Nora Etta Daniel, 80, of rural Bell City died Saturday, May 25, 1996, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston.

She was born April 13, 1916, in Lamar, Ark., to William Claude and Daisy Hill Boley. On Nov. 2, 1933, in Clarksville, Ark., she married James Alvin Daniel. He died Feb. 25, 1990.

Daniel was a member of the Hooe Baptist Church near Vanduser.

Survivors include a son, Henry Daniel of Bell City; a daughter, Jean Marshall of Bell City; three sisters, Buna Farris of Randles, Hattie Phillips of Elgin, Ill., and Lois Harris of Flint, Mich.; four grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a son, a granddaughter, three brothers and four sisters.

The funeral service will be at 4 p.m. today at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel in Sikeston. The Rev. Caston Countz will officiate. Burial will follow in Forrest Hills Memorial Gardens near Morley.
