CHAFFEE -- Opal Virginia Tuttleton, 84, of Chaffee, died Friday, Jan. 21, 1994 at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
She was born May 4, 1909 in Arkansas, daughter of Edmund and Cora Ramsey Richardson.
She married Edward Bloomer in October 1923 and he preceded her in death.
She married Alfred Tuttleton on April 17, 1831. He preceded her in death on May 13, 1960.
Two daughters also preceded her in death.
She is survived by three sons, Charles Bloomer, Michigan, Wayne Tuttleton, Cape Girardeau, Steve Tuttleton, Chaffee; five daughters, Gladys Pruitt, Poplar Bluff, Louise White, Owossa, Okla., Pansey Acey, Chaffee, Wilda Lajeuness, St. Louis, Cathy Walker, Kentucky; and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Friends may call Sunday at 2 p.m. at the Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee.
Funeral service will be held Monday at 1 p.m. at the funeral home with the Rev. Don Ford officiating. Burial will follow in Union Park Cemetery.
