ADVANCE, Mo. -- Pansy Marie Redman, 85, of Advance passed away Tuesday, Jan 16, 2018, at her home.

She was born March 1, 1932, in Stoddard County, Missouri, the daughter of James and Daisy Duffey Carwile.

Pansy worked at Nickens Pharmacy in Bloomfield, Missouri. She had been a homemaker.

She enjoyed sewing and working in her yard, and she loved her cats. She was a wonderful, loving mother and grandmother.

Pansy and Raymond L. Redman were united in marriage May 17, 1951, at Dexter, Missouri, and he preceded her in death March 10, 2001.

Loving survivors include two sons, Rodney (Gail) Redman of East Prairie, Missouri, and Michael (Sara) Redman of Jackson; two daughters, Vanessa (John) Tuttle of Advance and Pamela (Mark) Richmond of Advance; a special friend, Jack Brown of Advance; her best friend, Ann Elfrink of Sikeston, Missouri; five grandchildren, Tonya (Paul) Arnold, Michael Cook, Leslie Richmond, Lana Richmond and Michelle (Seokho Moon) Redman; and two great-grandchildren, Skyler and Devon Shelley.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; three brothers; a sister; and a grandson, Cody Redman.

Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at Morgan Funeral Chapel in Advance.

A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at the chapel, with the Rev. Fred Ritter officiating. Burial will follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery near Advance.
