PERRYVILLE, Mo. -- Pearl A. Michaud, 97, of Perryville died Sunday, Sept. 29, 2002, at Perry County Nursing Home.

She was born Jan. 7, 1905, in Yount, Mo., daughter of the late Willian John and Serelda Crites Fadler. On March 19, 1932, she married Peter Vallie Michaud. He preceded her in death Jan. 9, 1991.

She was a retired inspector with International Shoe and a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Perryville.

Survivors include two sons, Oliver "Mitch" Michaud of Perryville and Melvin Michaud of Whitney, Texas; two daughters, Yvonne Schnitzler of Festus, Mo., and Regina Zahner of Valley Park, Mo.; 16 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two sons; seven brothers; five sisters, three half brothers; one half sister; and great-granddaughters.

Visitation will be from 4 to 9 p.m. Tuesday and from 6:30 to 10 a.m. Wednesday at Young & Sons Chapel in Perryville. Funeral service will begin at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church with the Rev. Francis Agnew officiating. Burial will be at Mount Hope Cemetery.
