SIKESTON -- Eveartt Ray Dyson, 39, of Sikeston died Thursday, Sept. 19, 1996, at his home.

He was born Dec. 5, 1956, in Doniphan, son of Claude and Dorothy Dyson. He and Catherine Robertson were married March 25, 1982, at Benton.

Dyson had lived at Sikeston the past 20 years.

Survivors include his wife; a daughter, April Walls of Sikeston; a stepson, Chad Slagley of Springfield; two stepdaughters, Tina Slagley of Springfield, Teresa Vanpool of Sikeston; two sisters, Sue Sanford of Doniphan, Tonnie Blackshear of Doniphan; two brothers, Charlie Dyson of Doniphan, Bill Dyson of Hannibal; and three grandchildren.

Friends may call at Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Morehouse from 5-8 p.m. Sunday.

Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Oak Ridge Cemetery at Doniphan.
