SIKESTON -- Raymond Rabaduex, 78, of Sikeston, died Monday, March 28, 1994, at his home.

He was born Feb. 16, 1916, at Flat River, son of John and Grace Ditch Rabaduex. He and Hilda Ponder were married April 10, 1937.

Rabaduex was employed by Southwestern Bell Telephone 42 years, and was a member of First Baptist Church here.

Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Carol Hampton of Troy, Ill., Cathy Heacox of Sikeston; a brother, Damon Rabaduex of Fort Wayne, Ind.; five grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by two brothers.

Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Ponder Funeral Chapel. The Rev. Jim Guffie will officiate, with burial in Memorial Park Cemetery at Sikeston.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 10 a.m. to service time.
