EAST PRAIRIE -- Raymond Earl Sisk, 64, of East Prairie died Wednesday, April 7, 1999, at his home. Born Sept. 3, 1934, in East Prairie, he was the son of Cecil Paul and Sylvia B. Patterson Sisk. He and Dora May Warren were married Sept. 20, 1996. He had lived in East Prairie all his life, where he was in charge of maintenance of Prairie Groves Apartments in East Prairie...

EAST PRAIRIE -- Raymond Earl Sisk, 64, of East Prairie died Wednesday, April 7, 1999, at his home.

Born Sept. 3, 1934, in East Prairie, he was the son of Cecil Paul and Sylvia B. Patterson Sisk.

He and Dora May Warren were married Sept. 20, 1996.

He had lived in East Prairie all his life, where he was in charge of maintenance of Prairie Groves Apartments in East Prairie.

He was of the Baptist faith and was a veteran of the U.S. Army.

Survivors include his wife; four sons, Earl, Phillip and Teddy Sisk and Billy E. White, all of East Prairie; two daughters, Paulette Melton of Arlington, Ky. and Bobbie Gale Jenkins of East Prairie; two stepsons, Dale Patrick of East Prairie and Terry Patrick of Miner; three stepdaughters, Cindy, Sherry and Patty Patrick of East Prairie; three brothers, Eugene and Kenneth Sisk of Sikeston and Gary Sisk of East Prairie; four sisters, Pauline McMikle, Alice Hawkins and Wilma Gore of East Prairie and Lorene Burnett of Mississippi; 23 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a grandson and his parents.

Visitation will be after 6 p.m. tonight at Shelby Funeral Home in East Prairie.

Funeral will be Friday at 2 p.m. in the chapel, with Richard Farquhar officiating. Burial will be in East Prairie Memorial Park Cemetery.
