JACKSON -- Ronnie Ray Cook, 46, of Jackson, died Saturday, Jan. 29, 1994, at the Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.
He was born Oct. 16, 1947, near Scopus, Mo., son of Lyman and Eula James Cook.
He married Roberta Phillips, March 4, 1967.
Cook worked at the former Jackson International Shoe Company from 1966 to 1969. He also worked at Lenco from 1979-1989.
He was a member of the Bend Road Pentecost Church in Cape Girardeau.
Survivors include his wife; his parents of Jackson; two sons, Terry Cook of Fruitland, Tim Cook of Jackson; a brother, Ardell Cook of Cabool, Mo.; two sisters, Bonnie Felker of Kennett, Mo., Geraldine Stepp of Scopus; and a granddaughter.
He was preceded in death by a sister.
Friends may call 4-8 p.m. today at the McCombs Funeral Home in Jackson.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the McCombs Funeral Home in Jackson, with the Rev. Rick Parrish officiating.
Burial will follow in Pulliam Cemetery in Bollinger County.
