DEXTER -- Rubye Daniel, 78, of Dexter, died Tuesday, Feb. 7, 1995, at Dexter Memorial Hospital. She was born Sept. 26, 1916, near Murray, Ky., daughter of Perry Delmar and Bessie Lee Hendrick Daniel. DEXTER -- Rubye Daniel, 78, of Dexter, died Tuesday, Feb. 7, 1995, at Dexter Memorial Hospital.

She was born Sept. 26, 1916, near Murray, Ky., daughter of Perry Delmar and Bessie Lee Hendrick Daniel.

Daniel was a retired union representative with Amalgamated Clothing Workers of America. She was a member of First Baptist Church.

Survivors include three brothers, Dallas and Bradley Daniel of Dexter, Perry Daniel of Conway, Ark.; three sisters, Lucille Biggerstaff of St. Louis, Inez Holder and Pat Watkins of Dexter.

She was preceded in death by two brothers and a sister.

Funeral service will be at 7 p.m. tonight at Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Dexter, with the Rev. Vaughn Wright officiating. Burial will be in Dexter Cemetery at 9 a.m. Friday.

Friends may call at the funeral home after 5 p.m. today.
