KELSO -- Funeral for Ruth E. Felix of Kelso will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel in Cape Girardeau. The Rev. David Dissen will officiate, with burial in Memorial Park in Cape Girardeau.
Friends may call at the chapel from 5-8 p.m. today.
Felix, 72, died Wednesday, Oct. 7, 1998, at her home.
She was born July 28, 1926, in Clarksville, Tenn., daughter of George and Clara Welker Hughes. She and Paul R. Felix were married in 1974 at Scott City.
Felix was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Cape Girardeau.
Survivors include her husband; a son, Billy Eifert of Scott City; a daughter, Kathy Rogers of Cape Girardeau; two brothers, George Hughes of Dawson Springs, Ky., Charles Eastwood of Fruitland Park, Fla.; a sister, Muriel Taylor of Benton; five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a sister and a granddaughter.
