CHAFFEE, Mo. -- Suedell Brown, 63, of Chaffee died Tuesday, Nov. 12, 2002, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.
She was born Sept. 26, 1939, in Lafe, Ark., daughter of William Edgar and Flora Grambling Puckett. She and James Robert Brown were married Feb. 14, 1963. He died Oct. 6, 1993.
Brown had been a machine operator at Lighthouse for the Blind in St. Louis, and a waitress at Mable's Cafe in Chaffee. She was a member of Country CBers in Chaffee.
Survivors include two sons, Michael Borden of Dallas, Texas, Dennis Brown of Chaffee; three daughters, Caroline Hastings of St. Louis, Paula Miller of Desloge, Mo., Norma Wallace of Cape Girardeau; three brothers, Harvey Puckett of St. Louis, Major Puckett of Poplar Bluff, Mo., Russell Puckett of Neosho, Mo.; 24 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a son, four brothers, and a sister.
Friends may call at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee after 5 p.m. today.
The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Friday at the chapel, with the Rev. Billy Anders officiating. Burial will be in Union Park Cemetery.
