Tammy Jo Huckstep, 54, of Scott City died Wednesday, March 12, 2014, at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

She was born Aug. 21, 1959, in Cape Girardeau, to Teddy D. and Jacquelyn M. Boswell Givens. She and Jack Wayne Huckstep were married July 4, 1987, in Grassy, Mo.

She is survived by her husband; parents, Teddy and Jackie Givens of Cape Girardeau; a daughter, Jessica Koch of Scott City; a stepson, Chad Huckstep of Scott City; a stepdaughter, Sarah Cannon of St. Louis; a sister, Kim Freed of Cape Girardeau; seven grandchildren, Olivia, Jaxon, Kinley, Ellie, Savanah, Jayden and Sascha.

Visitation will be from noon to 2 p.m. Saturday at Amick-Burnett Chapel in Scott City.

A graveside service will be at Cape County Memorial Park in Cape Girardeau, with the Rev. Karen Nothdurft officiating.
