PERRYVILLE -- Thelma M. Guyott, 83, of Perryville died Wednesday, April 21, 1999, at Fenton. She was born Jan. 16, 1916, in Perry County, daughter of William John and Pearl Mae Farrar. She was married to Frank X. Guyott. He died Dec. 25, 1984. She worked at International Shoe Factory in Perryville and was a machine operator with Coin Acceptors in St. Louis for 20 years. She also was a homemaker. She was a former member of York Chapel Methodist Church near Longtown...

PERRYVILLE -- Thelma M. Guyott, 83, of Perryville died Wednesday, April 21, 1999, at Fenton.

She was born Jan. 16, 1916, in Perry County, daughter of William John and Pearl Mae Farrar. She was married to Frank X. Guyott. He died Dec. 25, 1984.

She worked at International Shoe Factory in Perryville and was a machine operator with Coin Acceptors in St. Louis for 20 years. She also was a homemaker. She was a former member of York Chapel Methodist Church near Longtown.

Survivors include two sons, David F. Guyott of Eagan, Minn., and Dennis W. Guyott of St. Charles; two daughters, Peggy J. Wagner of Rock Hill, and Joan Sutterer of Fenton; a twin sisters, Wilma Bohnert of Longtown; four grandchildren and two great-grandsons.

She was preceded in death by a son, two brothers and two sisters.

Visitation will be from 4 to 9 p.m. today at Young and Sons Funeral Chapel in Perryville and from 6:30 to 8 a.m. Saturday.

Funeral will be at York Chapel at 10 a.m. Saturday, with the Rev. Ed Hankinson officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
