BLOOMFIELD -- Vivian E. Lewis, 65, of Bloomfield, died Wednesday, Feb. 15, 1995, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

She was born April 18, 1929, at Sikeston, daughter of Kelly and Mabel Sneed Demaris. She and Charles Junior Wise were married June 14, 1947. He died Oct. 15, 1959. She and Wayne Lewis were married June 9, 1962.

Lewis was a member of First General Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband; two sons, Mike Wise of Houston, Mo., Kelly Wise of Warrenton; a daughter, Pat Casey of Dexter; her mother of Dexter; a brother, Kenneth Demaris of Springdale, Ark.; a stepdaughter, Milda Stevens of Bowling Green, Ky.; 10 grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.

Friends may call at Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home after 5 p.m. today.

Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home, with the Revs. Kevin Eskew and Vyron Yount officiating. Burial will be in Hagy Cemetery at Dexter.
