CAIRO, ILL. Zada B. Ronnebeck, 92, of Cairo and formerly of Miller City, Ill., died Jan 3, 1993, at Daystar Care Center in Cairo.
She was born Feb. 17, 1900, in Miller City, the daughter of the late Henry and Ida Dillow Smithey. She married John Ronnebeck in 1943. He preceded her in death.
She was a member of the Lake Milligan Baptist Church in Miller City.
She is survived by four daughters, Ida Thomas and Helen Cooper, both of Cairo, and Doris Dickerson and Virginia Pecord, both of Miller City; one son, John Ronnebeck of Cairo; one sister, Alberta Morehead of Mound city; nine granchildren, one stepgrandson, 14 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by two sisters, two brothers, one granddaughter and one great-grandson.
Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. today at Barkett Funeral Home in Cairo. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home with the Rev. Bill Gholson officiating. Interment will follow in the Olive Branch Cemetery.
