To the editor:Leta Bahn, several others and I were members of the Agriculture Committee of the Cape Girardeau Chamber of Commerce. She was a powerful force on the committee. One evening we talked of the economic value of farming to the county. At our next meeting she brought a carefully prepared list of the value of corn, beans, wheat and rice to the county. We were grateful for her efforts, and were saddened to observe her become ill. Our community misses her...
