This is an open thank you to the students, teachers and cooks at Scott City High School for the wonderful meal that was prepared and served to the senior members of our community. I understand that it was done by FBLA and National Honor Society. Too many times, most news we hear of our younger generation is not all that good; however, it's good to know that there are young folks who care enough to be grateful to the older folks.

Our world will be in good hands in the future with these young people in charge. Thanks from all of us.
