The main threat of persecution comes from the rip-off right, not from the left. Conservatives are ripping off our rights, our jobs, our national self-respect, our heritage and our money (in their subservience to what Dwight Eisenhower called the military-industrial complex).

It is more than a little hypocritical for Limbaugh to bemoan persecution while bragging about the machinery for it being put into place.
