Paid election letter: Tracy can navigate the shoals of government

I support Deb Tracy for public administrator of Cape Girardeau County. To care for 150 wards of the county, deemed unable to make sound and safe decisions for themselves, requires a person with empathy -- certainly. A good listener -- very helpful. Deb has those qualities -- as do others running. But an effective administrator must also be able to navigate the shoals of government -- and of the current field, only Deb has that necessary political experience, given her seven years on the Cape Girardeau City Council.
