As you pointed out in your recent editorial, there is renewed interest in the Bible as illustrated by the History Channel's widely watched series on it. In addition, as you pointed out, there are several other Bible-based movies in the works. However, it must be kept in mind that there is but one correct way of interpreting the Bible and that is the literal way. I think David Limbaugh would back me up on this...

The Bible

As you pointed out in your recent editorial, there is renewed interest in the Bible as illustrated by the History Channel's widely watched series on it. In addition, as you pointed out, there are several other Bible-based movies in the works. However, it must be kept in mind that there is but one correct way of interpreting the Bible and that is the literal way. I think David Limbaugh would back me up on this.

Flag ceremony

I loved the ceremony for the centennial of the Missouri state flag. The best part was saying the Pledge of Allegiance and singing the national anthem. It sounded great with so many people knowing the words. We knew there was a lot of patriotism in that room.

Indian Room

I'd like to ask Southeast why they still have a room named the Indian Room. I thought they tried to do away with anything that would offend Native Americans.

'Economic refugees'

I would like to make a bet that by the time Obama is out office the term "Illegal immigrant" will not be used anymore, instead they'll be called "economic refugees."
