Please let me publicly say thanks to a young man for the great job he has done in preparing the baseball and softball fields for play the last eight years at Arena Park. His name is C.J. Ordonia, and he is preparing to move into another occupation. He will be missed. He never failed to go out of way if necessary to comply with any reasonable request for assistance in getting a diamond ready to play. Hundreds of children owe him a lot and maybe will never know how indebted they are to him and those who worked with him.
