What is Bill Webster talking about? He tried to explain his real estate first. Who is Roy Blunt talking about? Bill Webster. What is Bill Webster talking about? Trying to explain away his largest contributor, Morris B. Kessler. Who is Roy Blunt talking about? Bill Webster. What is Bill Webster talking about? Trying to explain to the people of Missouri about the Second Injury Fund and his poor judgment. What is Bill Webster talking about? Trying to explain it was a good idea, if he had not of got caught with his hand in the cookie jar. We don't need a man like this for governor. We need a man like Roy Blunt, a man with integrity and a code of ethics, beyond reproach.
