There are so many reasons we all can be grateful for living in our "Captivating and Caring" Cape Girardeau. I'd like to call your attention to yet another reason for my pride in this area, which is the Central High School Band and their director, Mr. Ron Nall.

Through a gracious invitation from State Auditor Margaret Kelly, our Central High School Band was asked to march in the Inaugural Parade here in Jefferson City. They did a magnificent job!

In addition to presenting a top notch performance, their conduct was absolutely outstanding! They all were very attentive, interested, polite and wonderful ambassadors for our area.
