Mrs. Phillips is the former Jill Edmundson, daughter of Mark and Peggy Edmundson of Cape Girardeau. She is a broker/sales associate at Coldwell Banker Hamilton Realty. Phillips is the son of Emmett "Mike" and Jackie Phillips of Mounds, Ill. He is curator of collections at Southeast Missouri Regional Museum.
