Second daughter. Mrs. Fritsche is the former Charlene Schuessler, daughter of Charles and June Schuessler of Uniontown, Mo. She is assistant vice president of Perry County Savings Bank. Fritsche is the son of Willard and Kate Fritsche of Perryville. He is owner of Fritsche Plumbing and Heating.
