Second child, first daughter. Mrs. Jumps is the former Tracy Borah, daughter of Ron and Dana Underwood of Cape Girardeau and Pete and Janet Borah of Mount Erie, Ill. Jumps is the son of Richard Jumps of Makanda, Ill. He is a sales manager with Partners Personnel.

Lacoursiere

Mrs. Lacoursiere is the former Heather Caudill, daughter of Orville Caudill of Knox, Ind., and the late Lily Caudill. Lacoursiere is the son of Romeo and Jackie Lacoursiere of Ontario, Canada. He is an engineer at Procter & Gamble.

Daughter to David J. and Nicky R. Hines of Jackson, Saint Francis Medical Center, 11:18 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 15, 2005. Name, Lyla Laree. Weight, 7 pounds, 12 ounces. Second daughter. Mrs. Hines is the former Nicky Wahlers, daughter of Leon Wahlers and Lynda Wahlers of Perryville, Mo. She is an insurance agent with W.E.Walker-Lakenan. Hines is the son of Don and Sharon Turner of Jackson, and the late Joe Hines. He is an extractor at Saint Francis.
