Son to Paul William Steagall and Theresa Gaye Lynn of Scott City, Southeast Missouri Hospital, 1 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 27, 1996. Name, Lucas David. Weight, 8 pounds 6 ounces. Fourth child, second son. Ms. Lynn is the former Theresa Harris, daughter of William and Wanda Schwartz of Scott City. She is a registered nurse at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston. Steagall is the son of the late David Steagall and Kay Steagall of Ste. Genevieve. He is superintendent of Scott City Parks and Recreation.
