Correction
An article in Monday's edition should have read that the VFW recently honored Paul Zajicek with the Policeman of the Year award. He accepted the award. Brad Dillow received the Fireman of the Year award, but was unavailable to accept it since he was out fighting a fire. His daughter, Kennedy, received it for him.
