Jordan Yahn rushed for three short touchdowns and threw for another score as Chaffee routed visiting Grandview 42-7 Friday night in the season opener for both football teams.
Yahn, a senior quarterback, scored on a 2-yard run and a pair of 1-yarders.
He hooked up with senior Alex Davie for a 19-yard scoring strike.
Sophomore Charlie Montgomery rushed for 130 yards on just seven carries for Chaffee, which built a 28-0 halftime lead and led 42-0 through three quarters.
