BRIEFLY: SCORPIONS FINISH SIXTH AT RUGGERFEST
The Kohlfeld Scorpion Rugby Club finished sixth at the 50th Annual Ruggerfest this past weekend in St. Louis. The Scorpions went 3-2 in the Open A Division, which included 16 teams from around the Midwest and Canada. The Scorpions went 3-2 in the Open A Division, which included 16 teams from around the Midwest and Canada. After losing a second-round contest Saturday, the Scorpions played their way into the consolation final with two consecutive wins.
The Scorpions lost that game 41-24, battling back from a 30-0 halftime deficit to make it close.
