Lewis, an outfielder from Herculaneum, was a first-team all-state selection and the Jefferson County Small School MVP. As a senior, he batted .516 with nine home runs and 32 RBI.

This marks the second year in a row an Indian member won the award. Southeast pitcher Justin Buck earned the award the previous year.
