Southeast Missouri State University's scheduled home baseball game against Missouri Baptist Tuesday afternoon was postponed because of the cold weather. No makeup date has been announced.

Today's scheduled contest against Memphis at Capaha Field has also been canceled. Weather permitting, the two teams will try to play the makeup game at 2 p.m. Thursday.

The Indians, 7-7 on the season, have won five of their last six games.

Southeast junior Ryan Spille has been named the Ohio Valley Conference Pitcher of the Week. He appeared in two games last week, going 1-0 and striking out 11 in six innings. For the season, Spill is 3-0 and his earned-run average is 1.00.
