All the local high school events reported Monday to the Southeast Missourian.

Freshman Tatum May was perfect for the Oran softball team Monday.

May fired a four-inning perfect game and also went 4 for 4 at the plate as the Eagles crushed host Puxico 23-0.

The game was stopped after four innings by the mercy rule as the Eagles improved to 5-2.

May, who struck out four, got plenty of offensive support.

Addie Kielhofner also went 4 for 4 with a double and three RBIs.

Allie Cummins had three hits, while Morgan Todt delivered six RBIs with a grand slam and a double.

Notre Dame banged 12 hits -- four for extra bases -- in its road victory.

Tiffany Wood had a triple, while Brandi Glastetter, Shelby Schaefer and Carson Freeman all had a double.

Glastetter, Schaefer and Conner Elfrink all added two hits for the Bulldogs (7-2).

Nikki Peters picked up the win in the circle.

Perryville pounded 16 hits during a road victory that was stopped after six innings by the mercy rule.

Kailyn Fahnestock led the Pirates (4-7) with four hits. Tiarra Sparkman and Emma Nelson both had three hits. Macey Hall added two hits and delivered four RBIs.

Kelcie Fahnestock pitched an eight-hitter.

Freshmen Kelli Brunke fired a one-hit shutout as Saxony won on the road.

Brunke struck out seven and walked three.

Logan Meyr, Abby Hadler, Tayla Meyr and Lauren Buerck all had a hit and an RBI for the Crusaders (5-5). Hadler doubled.

Park Hills 5, Jackson 4

Jackson dropped a tough 10-inning road decision.

The Indians (2-3) led 2-0 until Park Hills tied the contest with two runs in the seventh inning.

Jackson went ahead 3-2 in the ninth inning and 4-3 in the 10th inning but could not hold either lead. Park Hills won it with two runs in the bottom of the 10th.

Demesha Huddleston and Brooke Whitledge both homered for the Indians. Whitledge also tripled. Mollie Crader led the Indians with three hits.

Mallory Jones pitched a complete game for Jackson.

The Wildcats notched their 10th victory with a home sweep.

Caitlin Petty led Leopold (10-2-1) with nine kills, nine assists, six digs and five blocks.

Alli Woodfin had seven kills, seven digs and three blocks.

Sydney Eeftink recorded nine assists, five digs, two blocks and two service aces. Denai Arnzen added 10 digs and four kills.

JV -- Bernie won in two games.

Saxony had no trouble sweeping a best-of-five road match.

Raegan Weiser led the Crusaders with five kills. Maddie Brune served 20 of the points in the final game with eight aces. Brianna Mueller had five aces, and Kirsti Polhman recorded nine assists

Perryville 2, Sikeston 1, OT

Austin Roth scored in the first overtime to lift the host Pirates.

Alex Thieret assisted on the goal.

Perryville (2-2) also scored on a penalty kick by Luke Schlichting.
