All the local high school events reported Saturday to the Southeast Missourian.

The Perryville Pirates needed just one day to bounce bounced back from their first loss of the season, defeating North County 59-40 in the Jefferson County Conference Shootout on Saturday at Jefferson County Community College in Hillsboro, Missouri.

McGwire Bartley paced the Pirates (6-1), who had lost to Saxony Lutheran on Friday night, with 14 points. Conner Stark added 12 points.

The Pirates built an 18-10 lead by the close of the first quarter and extended the advantage to 37-20 by halftime.

Windsor 77, St. Vincent 43

The Windsor Owls built a 22-point lead by halftime and cruised to victory over the Indians in the Jefferson County Conference Shootout.

Luke Wibbenmeyer led nine St. Vincent (2-4) players in the scoring column with nine points.

Sam Haight scored a game-high 18 points and Trey Miller added 16 for Windsor.
