ST. LOUIS -- Notre Dame Regional High School opened its girls' swim season with a win over Incarnate Word.
In the process, Lindsay Kuper's four wins included state cut times in the 100- and 200-meter freestyle. Kuper also won the 100-meter butterfly and anchored the winning 200-meter freestlye relay.
Janelle Essner was a triple winner with victories in the 500 freestyle, 200-medley relay, 400-freestyle relay.
