MOREHEAD, Ky. -- After opening the season with a victory, Southeast Missouri State University's volleyball team has now lost four straight matches.

Morehead State defeated Southeast 15-6, 12-15, 17-15, 17-15 Saturday before 175 fans at Wetherby Gym. Southeast fell to 0-1 in Ohio Valley Conference play and 1-4 overall. Morehead is 1-0 and 2-5.

Southeast sophomore Krista Haukap had 30 kills, 17 digs and four blocks. Lea Beckemeyer added 24 kills, 10 digs and four blocks, and setter Amy Henken totaled 67 assists and 22 digs. Jackie Derwort tallied 20 kills and 20 digs.
