The Scott City softball team could do little wrong Wednesday.
Scott City routed host Jackson 13-0 behind the pitching of Alexis Spriggs and an 11-hit attack.
The Rams also did not commit an error in the game that was stopped after six innings by the 10-run rule.
Scott City improved to 5-7 while Jackson fell to 7-6.
Alexis Spriggs fired a two-hitter and struck out seven. She also went 2 for 4 at the plate, including a double.
Macy Hall went 3 for 3 and had two doubles for the Rams. Lindsey Rendleman added two hits.
Mallory Jones suffered the loss in the circle for Jackson (7-6).
The Rams scored three first-inning runs and never looked back. They added four fourth-inning runs and rounded out the scoring with a six-run sixth inning.

Kristi Brucker struck out 10 and pitched a four-hitter while going 2 for 4 at the plate to lead visiting Kelly.
Alexis Dock and Jessica Worth also added to hits apiece for the Hawks (14-1) while Samantha Ratledge belted a triple.
Macey Hall had two hits, including a triple, for Perryville. Kelcie Fahnestock suffered the loss in the circle.

Matt Chism scored three goals to lead the Tigers (6-3) in the blowout win on the road.

Notre Dame won the 18-hole Farmington Shootout, a unique doubles tournament at Crowne Point Golf Course in Farmington, Mo.
Medalist honors were bestowed upon Paige Gallagher and Sidney Weaver from Farmington.
Notre Dame's Camille Brewer and Maddie Beussink finished atop the ball and scramble division of the tournament, shooting 9-over-par.
Amy Blattel and Morgan Schumer, along with Maris Parker and Ali Janet, finished 15-over-par for Notre Dame and Andrea Younghouse and Taylor Ivey shot a 17-over-par.
The Bulldogs suffered a dual meet loss in suburban St. Louis.
Notre Dame senior Dustin Parsons finished second in the 200 individual medley and 100 backstroke with state-qualifying times of 2:05.30 and 58.14, respectively.
