The Southeast Missouri State track and field teams posted a pair of second-place team finishes at the Missouri Invitational on Friday night.
The women's squad had two individual first-place finishes.
Senior Ayonna Cartwright won the 60-meter dash with a time of 7.60 seconds while freshman Aaliah Herron took the shot put title with a throw of 13.43 meters.
Cartwright was second in the 200-meter in 25.44 seconds. She, along with senior Cheyanne Tunti, senior Jovannie Spears and freshman Miya Dorsey, finished second in the 4x400-meter relay in 3 minutes, 59.10 seconds.
Herron's throw of 14.90 in the weight throw was good for third place.
Junior Angela Sumner took second place in the mile (5:05.59).
Junior Abi Sowash was second in the high jump with a height of 1.61 meters.
The Redhawks men's team had three individual winners and a relay team finish first.
Junior Chris Martin took first in the triple jump with a distance of 15.52.
Junior Marc Maton won the mile (4:12.45) while sophomore Jared Pasley was first in the 400 (49.03).
Southeast's 4x400-meter relay team of junior Brannon Wright, freshman Brandon Chunn and sophomores Jordan Barber and Pasley was first with a time of 3:18.36.
Barber was third in the 400 in 50.27.
Junior Kameron Long was second in the 800 with a time of 1:55.55 and Wright was third in the 200 in 22.74.
Senior Christian Locke tied for third in the pole vault with a height of 4.75 meters.
Southeast is set to compete in the Indiana Gladstein Invitational in Bloomington, Indiana, on Friday and Saturday.
