Southeast Missouri State junior running back Tremane McCullough was named the Ohio Valley Conference Co-Newcomer of the Week for the third time this season after rushing for 101 yards and a touchdown during Saturday's season-ending loss to UT Martin.

McCullough eclipsed the 1,000-yard mark for the season with his sixth 100-yard game for the Redhawks since transferring from Arizona Western Community College. He accumulated his 101 yards on 14 carries and added three receptions for 49 yards.

On the season, McCullough averages 6.05 yards per carry, which ranks 19th nationally, and 93.5 yards per game, which ranks 24th. He finished the year with 1,028 yards rushing and 279 yards receiving.

He shared this week's award with Tennessee State running back Erick Evans.
