The Tigers pounded 13 hits and Craig Ringwald pitched into the seventh inning before the game was called due to darkness. The victory improves Central to 9-2 overall and 4-0 in conference play.
Ringwald moved his pitching record to 4-0, allowing six hits and striking out 11 in the complete game. He only walked two batters.
Ross Bennett, Paul Dobbins, Mike Sullivan and Richard Harrison all had two hits for the Tigers. Bennett had a double and triple while Dobbins and Chris Bradshaw both drove in two runs.
Central scored five runs in the fifth inning to break a 1-1 tie. Ringwald blasted a two-out bases-loaded double in the inning and Sullivan followed with a run-scoring triple.
"We were a little sluggish at the start," said Central coach Steve Williams. "We finally started taking some pitches and got some men on base."
