Emanuel United Church of Christ in Jackson will hold a "Teacher Appreciation Day" breakfast at 8:30 a.m. for Sunday school teachers and families.

Cape First Assembly will host Pastor Edvard Grabovenko of Perm, Russia, during evening services at 6:30 p.m. Grabovenko started the church in Perm at age 21 and membership has grown to 3,000.

GriefShare seminar and support group meets at 7 p.m. in Room 202 of St. Paul Lutheran Church's education building. The topic is "The seaons of grief." For information, call the church at 243-2236.
