Irma A. Keller, 83, of Gordonville passed away Thursday, Feb. 20, 2003, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau. She was born Aug. 24, 1919, at Friedheim, daughter of Fritz and Anna Therese L. Grossheider Sewing. She married Curtis W. Keller Aug. 18, 1944. He passed away May 2, 1979...

Irma A. Keller, 83, of Gordonville passed away Thursday, Feb. 20, 2003, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

She was born Aug. 24, 1919, at Friedheim, daughter of Fritz and Anna Therese L. Grossheider Sewing. She married Curtis W. Keller Aug. 18, 1944. He passed away May 2, 1979.

Mrs. Keller was a member of Zion Lutheran Church in Gordonville, the Ladies Aid, and was active in Lutheran Women's Missionary League. She was a former member of Trinity Lutheran Church at Friedheim.

Loving survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, Raymond and Ann Keller of Charlottesville, Va., Kirby and Nancy Keller of Chesterfield, Mo.; a daughter and son-in-law, LaVerne and Jerry Levy of Oakville, Mo.; two brothers, Walter Sewing of Jackson, Edgar Sewing of Gordonville; a sister, Edna Sewing of Gordonville; five grandchildren, Alexander Keller, Simone Keller-Sutherland, William Keller-Sutherland, Kathryn Keller and Curtis Keller.

Friends may call at McCombs Funeral Home in Jackson from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday, and Monday after 9:30 a.m. at Zion Lutheran Church.

The funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church, with the Rev. Wayne Schwiesow officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to Zion Lutheran Church at Gordonville, the Lutheran Home or Alzheimer's Association.
