The repairs were scheduled for last week, but were postponed because of the weather, MoDOT officials said. Crews did start the inspection work.

The new inspection is part of MoDOT's effort to review the condition of all state bridges over the Mississippi and Missouri rivers.

Bridge work next week is scheduled from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday.
