Sidney James Holder, 68, of Woodbridge, Va., died Thursday, Feb. 27, 2003, at Potomac Hospital in Woodbridge. He was born March 18, 1934, at Fornfelt, Mo., son of Ardell A. and Margaret Holder Sr. Holder was a member of VFW Post 1503 in Dale City, Va., and VFW Post 7916 in Occoquan, Va...Sidney James Holder, 68, of Woodbridge, Va., died Thursday, Feb. 27, 2003, at Potomac Hospital in Woodbridge.
He was born March 18, 1934, at Fornfelt, Mo., son of Ardell A. and Margaret Holder Sr.
Holder was a member of VFW Post 1503 in Dale City, Va., and VFW Post 7916 in Occoquan, Va.
He served in the U.S. Air Force.

Survivors include his wife, Glenda Holder of Dale City, Va.; two daughters, Renee Holder of Dale City, Roxann Oakman of Dumfries, Va.; a son, Bryant Holder of Houston, Texas; his mother of Scott City; a sister, Dora Enderle of Scott City; a brother, William Holder of Scott City; and four grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father, a son, and a brother.
Friends may call at Mountcastle Funeral Home in Dale City from 7 to 9 p.m. today.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Quantico National Cemetery in Triangle, Va., with military honors to be conducted.
