Eva Hinkley

MARBLE HILL, Mo. -- Eva A. Hinkley, 87, of Advance, Mo., formerly of Glenallen, Mo., died Sunday, March 9, 2003, at Advance Nursing Home.

She was born Sept. 9, 1915, in Detroit, Mich., daughter of Marvin and Eva Mills Swarthout. She married Howard Hinkley. He preceded her in death Oct. 30, 1975.

She was a member of the Advance Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses.

Survivors include a brother, Stanley Swarthout of Milan, Mich.; and three sisters, Lilian Lange of Doniphan, Mo., Dorothy Kornexal of Jonesville, Mich., and Evelyn Swarthout of San Antonio, Texas.

There will be no visitation or funeral. Burial will be at Lakeside Cemetery in Howell, Mich.

Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill is in charge of arrangements.
