The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI Lisa D. Brown, 36, of Jackson, was arrested March 7 on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Jerry L. Warren, 29, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested March 7 on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Matthew J. Lyerla, 23, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested March 8 on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Garry W. Allen, 29, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests James E. Benson, 30, of Carbondale, Ill., was arrested March 6 on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia and on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for domestic assault.

Raul S. Doninguez, 39, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested March 6 on a California state warrant for parole violation.

Johnnie E. Martin, 60, of Jackson, was arrested March 6 on a Perry County warrant for passing bad checks.

Ricky K. Hunter, 29, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested March 7 on a Stoddard County warrant for forgery.

Patricia D. Hunter, 44, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested March 7 on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Charles M. Garcia, 32, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested March 8 on suspicion of possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and an illegal weapon.

Michelle S. Boner, 42, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested March 8 on suspicion of inhaling solvents.

Robert A. Winch, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested March 8 on suspicion of inhaling solvents.

Erik M. Marshall, 24, of Jackson, was arrested Monday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for assault.

Paul D. Slinkard, 24, of Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of possession of marijuana and driving while revoked.

Nathan S. Malone, 21, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for distribution and manufacturing a controlled substance.
